Our promotions use two types of currency. Gold Coins (GC) are entertainment credits for playing our games, while Sweeps Coins (SC) are free promotional entries that can lead to prize redemptions once eligibility requirements are met. Welcome Rewards for New Players

Every new account begins with the Chumba First Spin registration reward. Once you verify your email address and mobile number, select "Collect Welcome Coins" to receive 85,000 GC and 1.50 SC at no cost. You do not need to make a purchase, but you should claim the reward within seven days of registration.

The 1.50 SC carries a 1x playthrough requirement, which means you must complete one play at its credited value before the resulting winnings become redeemable. This welcome reward is limited to one per person, and identity and location checks apply before any prize redemption.

If you decide to make a purchase, the Opening Spin Pack gives new players a larger first package. Enter the code CHUMBAOPEN at checkout, and the package will display the additional coins before you confirm. The minimum purchase is $9.99, and the package includes 240,000 GC, which contains 80,000 extra GC above the standard introductory package, along with 12 SC at no extra charge. Your first eligible GC purchase must take place within 14 days of registration, and each account may claim one introductory package.

Purchase Packages and Deposit-Style Boosts

Our coin packages work differently from conventional casino deposits. You buy Gold Coins, and any Sweeps Coins included in the package are supplied free. Several packages carry enhanced offers that make them worth a closer look.

The Chumba Encore reward is designed for your second GC purchase. The minimum purchase is $24.99, and the package includes 625,000 GC plus a separate 125,000 GC reward that you collect from the Rewards page within 72 hours. You also receive 27.50 SC free, subject to the same 1x playthrough requirement. Make your purchase within 30 days of registering to qualify.

On weekends, the Friday Double Gold enhancement doubles the GC in the marked package. For a $39.99 purchase, you receive 1,600,000 GC instead of the standard 800,000 GC, along with 40 SC free. The enhancement runs from Friday at 16: 00 UTC through Saturday at 23: 59 UTC, and the Sweeps Coins allocation stays the same. Each account can use one enhanced package per weekend, and this offer cannot be combined with the Opening Spin Pack or Encore on the same transaction.

Our Main Stage Gold Reserve is a monthly enhancement for members at the top loyalty tier. The minimum purchase is $99.99, and the package provides 3,750,000 GC, which is the standard 3,000,000 GC package plus a 25% GC boost. The 100 SC allocation matches the standard package, and the Gold Reserve can be selected from your Circle page once per calendar month.

Daily Spin Rhythm and Free Weekly Draws

Daily Spin Rhythm is our most consistent free reward. Each day you log in, you can collect a free allocation from the Daily Rewards panel. The reward increases through a seven-day streak, starting at 10,000 GC and 0.10 SC on day one. By day seven, the reward reaches 45,000 GC and 0.50 SC. The reset occurs at 00: 00 UTC, so a missed calendar day restarts the sequence. Once you finish day seven, your next claim begins a new streak. No purchase or gameplay is required.

Midweek, the Chumba Breaktime Wheel gives you a free spin for Gold Coins. The wheel opens on Wednesdays from 12: 00 to 23: 59 UTC, and each verified account receives one spin. Results range from 7,500 GC, which is the most common outcome, to a 600,000 GC top award. Wheel rewards are Gold Coins only, have no cash value, and cannot be converted into Sweeps Coins.

Reel Spotlight puts a featured slot in the spotlight every Monday. Opt in and collect 24 complimentary spins at 1,000 GC per spin on the single non-progressive slot shown on the weekly tile. Collect the bundle by Thursday at 23: 59 UTC and use the spins within 48 hours. These spins run in GC mode, and winnings have no playthrough requirement or promotional cap.

The Spin Passport rewards consistent visits during the workweek. Each Monday through Friday, open that day's Passport tile to collect a free stamp, which reveals one letter from CHUMA. Each unique stamp awards 12,000 GC, and you can also earn 0.75 SC for three different stamps and 1.25 SC for completing all five. Finishing the full set unlocks the Chumba seal and the final reward. The weekly maximum is 60,000 GC and 2 SC, and milestone rewards must be collected by Sunday at 23: 59 UTC.

Weekend Tournament and Competition Action

The Chumba Equal-Spin Cup gives players a chance to compete on the same terms. Registration is free and open between Friday at 18: 00 UTC and Sunday at 18: 00 UTC, and you can register once. Each entrant receives 50 tournament-only spins at 1,000 tournament credits per spin on the designated tournament slot. Your ranking depends on the total tournament credits you win across those 50 spins.

Top placements earn Gold Coin prizes, with 2,000,000 GC for first place, 1,000,000 GC for second, and 600,000 GC for third. Players finishing fourth through tenth receive 200,000 GC each, and those finishing eleventh through twenty-fifth receive 60,000 GC each. There are no rebuys or extra spins, and tied players share the prizes allocated to the affected positions. All tournament spins must finish by Sunday at 20: 00 UTC, and prizes are credited within 48 hours.

Circle Loyalty Rewards

Circle is our monthly loyalty program, and every verified account joins automatically. You earn one Circle Point for each daily reward you claim and two points for each Spin Passport stamp. Purchases, Sweeps Coin play, losses, and the size of your Gold Coin stakes do not generate points.

Your tier is recalculated on the first day of each month based on the points earned in the previous calendar month. Starter members receive a 1x multiplier on Daily Spin Rhythm Gold Coins and a 15,000 GC monthly gift. Rhythm members, with 20 to 44 points, receive a 1.25x multiplier and a 50,000 GC gift. Headliner members, with 45 to 69 points, enjoy a 1.5x multiplier and a 175,000 GC gift. Main Stage members, with 70 or more points, receive a 2x multiplier and a 450,000 GC gift, along with priority account support. Monthly gifts must be collected within seven days of tier assignment.

The multiplier applies only to the Gold Coin portion of Daily Spin Rhythm. Sweeps Coin rewards, purchase packages, tournament prizes, and monthly gifts remain unchanged. Circle Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for either currency.

Birthday Rewards and Community Drops

The Birthday Spin Note is an annual reward that arrives on your birthday. Once your date of birth matches your identity records, you can collect 125,000 GC and 1.75 SC from the Rewards page. The reward is available on your verified birthday and for six calendar days afterward. Your account must be at least 30 days old, and each account can receive one birthday reward per calendar year. Your purchase history and loyalty tier do not affect eligibility.

The Chumba Community Drop offers a monthly bonus on the second Thursday of each month from 09: 00 to 21: 00 UTC. Enter the code CHUMBABEAT on the Rewards page during the event window to receive 32,500 GC and 0.35 SC free. The code also appears in the in-account announcement. No social media membership, sharing, referrals, or purchases are needed, and every eligible account can claim the reward once per event during the window.

Understanding Playthrough and Promotional Terms

Sweeps Coins from our promotions come with one core requirement: promotional SC must be played once at 1x its credited value before the resulting winnings become redeemable. Unplayed promotional SC cannot be redeemed directly, and losing play does not create a redeemable balance. Eligible winnings from a qualifying play do not carry another promotional playthrough requirement.

Not every game counts toward playthrough. SC-enabled non-progressive slots contribute 100%, while progressive-jackpot games, table games, and video poker do not accept unplayed promotional SC. Gold Coin gameplay, tournament credits, and complimentary GC spins also never satisfy the SC requirement.

Unplayed promotional SC expires 60 days after it is credited, so it pays to play it sooner rather than later. Eligible winnings do not expire simply because an offer closes. Unclaimed rewards and spin entitlements expire at their individual deadlines, and credited GC has no promotion-specific expiry.

Several of our promotions can run alongside one another. Daily rewards, Spin Passport milestones, birthday rewards, and Community Drops can all be claimed alongside a package offer. However, only one package enhancement or purchase code applies to any single transaction.

Cash-prize redemptions require at least 100 eligible SC, while gift-card redemptions require at least 25 eligible SC. Each eligible SC represents $1 of prize value. Redemptions are issued only to the verified account holder, and standard review takes three to five business days after complete documentation is received. Payment options depend on jurisdiction, and payment-provider delivery times are separate from our review period.

How to Claim Your Promotions

Most of our offers follow a similar path. Create an account, verify your email address and mobile number, and then visit the Rewards page or the Daily Rewards panel to see what is available. Some offers, such as the Chumba First Spin and the Spin Passport, require you to select a button to collect them. Others, like the Community Drop, need a code entered during the event window.

Purchase-related offers are applied at checkout. Choose the marked package in the coin store, confirm that the displayed amount includes the additional coins, and complete your purchase. Each purchase-associated Sweeps Coin allocation also has a matching free claim under Rewards, then Free SC Entry, so you can receive the same Sweeps Coins without buying anything. Both routes share the same entitlement, so you can use one or the other for each offer.

Participation is limited to adults aged 21 or older, or the higher minimum age that applies in your location, and you must be physically present in a permitted jurisdiction. Self-excluded accounts cannot claim rewards, enter events, or purchase Gold Coins.
